Evan Meiners

Evan was born and raised in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. She graduated from NC State University with a BS in Human Biology. She met her husband, Tom, at NC State and got married in 2013. They moved to Jackson, TN for her husband’s job. While there, Evan got her masters in Elementary Education from Union University. She taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade at a public Montessori school for two years before deciding to stay home full time. Evan and Tom have two kids, Eisley (born in 2019) and Jack (born in 2021). Evan and her family love taking walks with their rescue dog, traveling, and spending time with family and friends! Evan is excited for the opportunity God has given her to work at HLA as a teachers assistant.
